i'm Sydney, an executive coach & travel curator, and some of the most magical moments in my life have happened while traveling. I return to them over and over again, reliving the places, the people, the laughter and those little moments I didn't know would matter so much.

I wanted to create more of those moments for other women. A week that's exciting, joyful, cultural and restful. Tall order, right? I aim high.

I delight in making even the smallest details memorable, and I want every woman who travels with us to have a week that's just for her. Something to look forward to all year and something that fills her cup long after she gets home.
